SERVICES
A Safe Place To Begin - Intake
Beginning services is simple and straightforward.
Prior to the start of supervised visitation services, an intake appointment will be scheduled with each party to review program guidelines, visitation expectations, policies, and procedures.
Intake appointments may be conducted virtually or in a private setting that provides comfort, confidentiality, and convenience for all participants.
Our goal is to ensure that everyone understands the visitation process and feels informed, supported, and prepared before services begin.
Professional Supervised Child Visitation Services
Visit Your Children provides professional supervised visitation services in a safe, structured, and child-focused environment. Our trained monitors facilitate visits between children and non-custodial parents or approved family members while prioritizing the safety, comfort, and well-being of the child.
We strive to create a positive and supportive atmosphere that encourages healthy family interaction and meaningful parent-child connection. Services are available for court-ordered and privately arranged visitations.
In-person visitation services are available, and overnight visitation monitoring may be offered based on the family's needs and circumstances.
Professional monitors are also available for special occasions, holidays, family gatherings, and other approved events, allowing families to create meaningful memories while maintaining a safe and supervised environment.
Telephone & Virtual Visitation Monitoring
Visit Your Children offers monitored telephone and virtual visitation services, providing parents and approved family members the opportunity to maintain meaningful contact with their child when in-person visitation is not possible or appropriate.
Telephone visits may be conducted through monitored conference calls, and virtual visits may be facilitated through approved video conferencing platforms.
To ensure the safety, well-being, and best interests of the child, all telephone and virtual visitations are subject to program guidelines and may be suspended or terminated at the discretion of the Provider if circumstances arise that compromise the safety, appropriateness, or integrity of the visit.
Child Custody Exchanges
Visit Your Children provides safe and professionally managed child exchange services for parents who require a structured and neutral transfer of custody before and after visitation.
Our supervised exchange services are designed to minimize conflict, reduce stress, and help ensure the safety and well-being of the child during the transition between parents.
To maintain a safe and neutral environment, parents are scheduled separately and do not have direct contact with one another during the exchange process.
Written Reports & Documentation
Professional observation notes are maintained during each supervised visitation in accordance with applicable policies and procedures.
Detailed written reports may be available upon request by parents, attorneys, or the court, subject to authorization requirements and applicable fees. Reports provide objective documentation and observations regarding the visitation and may include specific details related to the visit.

Court Appearances/ Subpoenas
When a Professional Provider is required to appear in court, respond to a subpoena, provide testimony, participate in depositions, or attend legal proceedings related to a case, applicable court appearance and professional witness fees will apply.
Court appearances are billed at the current service rate and are subject to advance scheduling and payment requirements. Please contact our office for current fee schedules and policies regarding court-related services.

Intake Application & Screening
$50 per parent
Professional Supervised Visitation
$65 per hour (2-hour minimum required)
Rates may increase up to $120 per hour depending on the number of children, holiday scheduling, travel requirements, and visitation location.
Telephone & Virtual Monitoring
Starting at $45 per session
Holiday rates begin at $65.
Safe & Neutral Exchanges
$30 Pick-Up Fee

Scheduling & Cancellation Policy
Services are available seven days per week, including select holidays. Holiday rates may apply.
NOTE: All service fees must be paid in full at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service date.
Cancellations must be made no less than 48 hours before the scheduled service. Failure to provide proper notice may result in the full service fee being charged.
All fees are non-refundable.

Sample Parent & Supervised Visitation Guidelines
Following must be accepted & understood by parents
1. The following must be adhered to:
- The Professional Provider (Monitor) will be present at all times during the visit.
- Custodial parent will arrive 15 min prior to scheduled exchange. Non-Custodial parent arrive at the exact hour of the scheduled exchange and will return fifteen (15) minutes prior to the end of the scheduled exchange. Non-custodial parent and/or designees will be required to leave the area immediately after a visit has been completed.
- Visiting parent must arrive promptly at the scheduled time.
- If a parent or designee is more than 5 minutes late, he/she will have to pay $2.00 for each additional minute. No refunds.
- Fees for services must be paid in full, in cash, cash app, PayPal or credit card prior to each visit. No refunds.
- Use of alcohol or non-prescribed drugs during a visitation is prohibited.
2. The following must be avoided:
- Inappropriate touching of the child(ren)'s body.
- Inappropriate demands for physical contact.
- Use of foul language or shouting or yelling at ANYONE.
- Threat of physical abuse or violence to ANYONE.
- Attempts to move child(ren) away from the sight and/or hearing range of the monitor.
3. Parents and/or designees must avoid each other completely.
4. There will be no correspondence (e.g. regarding child support) or messages to the other parent by means of child(ren), Professional Provider etc.
5. Professional Providers will only exchange information in regards to the child(ren)'s medical needs (i.e. medications, dietary needs) or visitations. Only prescription meds may be sent in pre-measured doses. Custodial and visiting parties are responsible to meet care needs while children are in each individual's care, e.g. diaper changing. feeding, etc.
6. Parents must not share detailed court information or court docs with child(ren) or make promises to the child(ren) about future living arrangements, time sharing, or visitation modifications.
7. Parents will not speak negatively about the other parent and his/her family in front of the child(ren). Concern should be addressed during office hours.
8. Parents must not question child(ren) about the other parent's whereabouts or activities.
9. Parents will not use alcohol or non-prescribed drugs 24-hours prior to or during their visit with the child(ren). Visits will be cancelled if a parent is suspected of using these substances.
10. Parents and children must speak English during the supervised visit unless there is a monitor present who speaks a family's native language. Parent must speak loud enough for Professional Provider to hear. No whispering.
11. Phone calls to other individuals are not permitted at anytime during the supervised visit. The use of cellular phones is not permitted during the scheduled visit unless case of emergencies only.
12. Weapons or any articles that could be used as weapons are not permitted on the supervised visit.
13. Family members and friends authorized by the court to participate in the visitation that do not comply with the Professional Providers guidelines and rules will result in the cancellation of the supervised visit.
14. The visiting parent may bring a snack for the child(ren) as long as both parents agree.
15. No gifts for the child(ren) are permitted unless both parties agree, with the exception of the child(ren)'s birthday(s), and special holidays at which gifts are usually given. Gifts can be given at the first visit when there has been a substantial amount of separation between the visiting parent and child(ren) *Some cases are not allowed to exchange gifts.
16. If for any reason you are unable to bring the child(ren) or attend the visit with your child(ren) it is your responsibility to notify the Professional Provider. The Professional Provider will confirm cancellations. Both parents must confirm mutually agreed upon cancellations with the Professional Provider. If cancellation notice is given to Professional Provider prior to 24 hours of visit, no cancellation fees. If notice given within 24 hours of visits, cancellation fees apply.
17. When visits fall on a holiday, cancellations must be made no later than one week prior to the visit. If holiday cancellation s are made less than one week in advance, canceling parent is responsible for paying cancellation fees.
18. Failure of visiting parent to arrive within 30 minutes of designated time of arrival without calling to let us know that you will be running late, will result in cancellation. You will be responsible for paying the appropriate fee and the child(ren) will be returned to the custodial party.
19. Except for late cancellation or inability to arrive on time, all calls are to be placed to the Professional Provider during office hours, Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm (PST) and Saturday 9:00am to 1:00pm
20. Photographs may be taken during visits with prior approval of custodail parent (unless it is an SA). The custodial parent must sign consent form prior to photographs being taken. Photographs should not be taken of Professional Providers or any participant at any time. Professional Providers shall not take photograph of parents and child(ren). NO audio or visual recording is permitted for any reason.
21. There are to be no changes in the supervised visitation schedule unless approved by the court and/or monitor. Once the day and time has been set, it will be followed on a weekly basis unless either party requests a change. Changes in the schedule must be done one week prior to visitation.
22. There shall be no permanent alteration of the child(ren) during visitation without prior approval of the custodial parent. This includes, but is not limited to: haircuts, tattoos, body/ear piercings, etc.
23. Non-compliance with any rule or challenging the supervised Professional Provider may lead to termination of services.
24. If mediation is needed during visits, custodial parent (guardian) must provide written consent giving the parent permission to administer the medication. Only prescription medication will be accepted in a pre-measured dose.
