Getting started is simple & easy. Before we begin monitoring your visitations, an intake appointment is scheduled with each party to go over the rules and regulations of visitations. This appointment can be scheduled online or in a private setting where you feel most safe.
Visit Your Children's Professional Provider (Monitor) will provide a safe, stress-free, secure environment in which the non-custodial parent and child can visit in comfortable setting. We offer in-person and some overnight monitoring for non-custodial parents.
Monitors are available for special occasions and holidays.
We offer non-custodial parents the opportunity to communicate with their child via a 3-way call or online monitoring.
Note: Calls/Zooms can be terminated at any time at the discretion of Provider.
We provide safe exchanges of the minor child between custodial and non-custodial parents for visits.
Note: During Supervised Safe Exchanges, parents will not come in contact with each other.
Observation notes will be completed by the Professional Provider during each visit. We will send reports upon request by the Parents, Attorney, and Courts. For an additional fee per parent per visit, reports will provide specific details of each visit.
Court Appearances/ Subpoenas
When a Professional Provider is required to make an appearance in court, there will be a flat fee for each day served.
All fees must be paid 24 hours, in full prior to the start of each visit. We accept cash, Square App, Cash App, PayPal or all major credit cards and bank debit cards. No refunds.

$65.00 Per hour of Supervised Visitation (2-hour minimum).
(Rates begin at $65 and can go up to $120 an hour depending on
number of children, holidays, and location).

$300.00 Overnight and traveling fees begin at $300 and vary depending on

We offer services 7 days a week. (2 hour minimum is required).

3. Parents and/or designees must avoid each other completely.
4. There will be no correspondence (e.g. regarding child support) or messages to the other parent by means of child(ren), Professional Provider etc.
5. Professional Providers will only exchange information in regards to the child(ren)'s medical needs (i.e. medications, dietary needs) or visitations. Only prescription meds may be sent in pre-measured doses. Custodial and visiting parties are responsible to meet care needs while children are in each individual's care, e.g. diaper changing. feeding, etc.
6. Parents must not share detailed court information or court docs with child(ren) or make promises to the child(ren) about future living arrangements, time sharing, or visitation modifications.
7. Parents will not speak negatively about the other parent and his/her family in front of the child(ren). Concern should be addressed during office hours.
8. Parents must not question child(ren) about the other parent's whereabouts or activities.
9. Parents will not use alcohol or non-prescribed drugs 24-hours prior to or during their visit with the child(ren). Visits will be cancelled if a parent is suspected of using these substances.
10. Parents and children must speak English during the supervised visit unless there is a monitor present who speaks a family's native language. Parent must speak loud enough for Professional Provider to hear. No whispering.
11. Phone calls to other individuals are not permitted at anytime during the supervised visit. The use of cellular phones is not permitted during the scheduled visit unless case of emergencies only.
12. Weapons or any articles that could be used as weapons are not permitted on the supervised visit.
13. Family members and friends authorized by the court to participate in the visitation that do not comply with the Professional Providers guidelines and rules will result in the cancellation of the supervised visit.
14. The visiting parent may bring a snack for the child(ren) as long as both parents agree.
15. No gifts for the child(ren) are permitted unless both parties agree, with the exception of the child(ren)'s birthday(s), and special holidays at which gifts are usually given. Gifts can be given at the first visit when there has been a substantial amount of separation between the visiting parent and child(ren) *Some cases are not allowed to exchange gifts.
16. If for any reason you are unable to bring the child(ren) or attend the visit with your child(ren) it is your responsibility to notify the Professional Provider. The Professional Provider will confirm cancellations. Both parents must confirm mutually agreed upon cancellations with the Professional Provider. If cancellation notice is given to Professional Provider prior to 24 hours of visit, no cancellation fees. If notice given within 24 hours of visits, cancellation fees apply.
17. When visits fall on a holiday, cancellations must be made no later than one week prior to the visit. If holiday cancellation s are made less than one week in advance, canceling parent is responsible for paying cancellation fees.
18. Failure of visiting parent to arrive within 30 minutes of designated time of arrival without calling to let us know that you will be running late, will result in cancellation. You will be responsible for paying the appropriate fee and the child(ren) will be returned to the custodial party.
19. Except for late cancellation or inability to arrive on time, all calls are to be placed to the Professional Provider during office hours, Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm (PST) and Saturday 9:00am to 1:00pm
20. Photographs may be taken during visits with prior approval of custodail parent (unless it is an SA). The custodial parent must sign consent form prior to photographs being taken. Photographs should not be taken of Professional Providers or any participant at any time. Professional Providers shall not take photograph of parents and child(ren). NO audio or visual recording is permitted for any reason.
21. There are to be no changes in the supervised visitation schedule unless approved by the court and/or monitor. Once the day and time has been set, it will be followed on a weekly basis unless either party requests a change. Changes in the schedule must be done one week prior to visitation.
22. There shall be no permanent alteration of the child(ren) during visitation without prior approval of the custodial parent. This includes, but is not limited to: haircuts, tattoos, body/ear piercings, etc.
23. Non-compliance with any rule or challenging the supervised Professional Provider may lead to termination of services.
24. If mediation is needed during visits, custodial parent (guardian) must provide written consent giving the parent permission to administer the medication. Only prescription medication will be accepted in a pre-measured dose.
